O\u00f9 les mod\u00e8les pr\u00e9dictifs offraient une illusion de ma\u00eetrise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce temps est r\u00e9volu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous \u00e9voluons d\u00e9sormais dans un&nbsp;environnement VUCA&nbsp;: Volatile, Incertain, Complexe, Ambigu.&nbsp;<strong>Cette situation est encore en train d\u2019\u00e9voluer et&nbsp;les organisations&nbsp;exp\u00e9rimentent ce qu\u2019on pourrait appeler&nbsp;un&nbsp;\u00ab&nbsp;Hyper-VUCA&nbsp;\u00bb, o\u00f9 les crises sanitaires, climatiques, g\u00e9opolitiques et technologiques se succ\u00e8dent \u00e0 une vitesse telle que toute tentative de contr\u00f4le absolu devient vaine.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pourtant, beaucoup de dirigeants persistent \u00e0 s\u2019accrocher \u00e0 des r\u00e9flexes rassurants&nbsp;: ajouter des comit\u00e9s, renforcer les proc\u00e9dures, multiplier les&nbsp;reportings. Autrement dit,&nbsp;ils tentent&nbsp;de contr\u00f4ler l\u2019incontr\u00f4lable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"toc1\"><strong>L\u2019illusion du contr\u00f4le, un pi\u00e8ge mortel<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette obsession du contr\u00f4le est plus qu\u2019une erreur&nbsp;: c\u2019est un pi\u00e8ge.&nbsp;Car \u00e0 mesure que les dirigeants verrouillent les processus, ils&nbsp;\u00e9tranglent la capacit\u00e9 d\u2019adaptation&nbsp;de leurs \u00e9quipes. Ils confondent rigueur avec rigidit\u00e9, strat\u00e9gie avec planification fig\u00e9e, leadership avec domination.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela est souvent d\u00fb \u00e0 une approche non-syst\u00e9mique attentive plus aux performances lin\u00e9aires qu\u2019aux dynamiques permettant de s\u2019inscrire dans une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de performance durable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9sultat&nbsp;: des organisations satur\u00e9es d\u2019outils, mais incapables de produire de l\u2019agilit\u00e9. Des dirigeants surinform\u00e9s, mais coup\u00e9s du sens profond. Des \u00e9quipes \u00e9puis\u00e9es, mais sous-exploit\u00e9es dans leur potentiel cr\u00e9atif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e0 o\u00f9 il faudrait lib\u00e9rer l\u2019\u00e9nergie collective, trop de leaders continuent \u00e0 la contenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"toc2\"><strong>Le&nbsp;nouveau&nbsp;leadership&nbsp;: de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience en solitaire \u00e0&nbsp;l\u2019\u00e9mergence des mod\u00e8les de leadership partag\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le d\u00e9fi du XXIe si\u00e8cle ne consiste plus \u00e0 \u00ab&nbsp;savoir&nbsp;\u00bb ni \u00e0 \u00ab&nbsp;pr\u00e9voir&nbsp;\u00bb, mais \u00e0&nbsp;orchestrer.<\/strong><br>Le r\u00f4le du dirigeant n\u2019est plus d\u2019\u00eatre celui qui tient seul la barre contre vents et mar\u00e9es. Il est celui qui sait faire jouer ensemble des individualit\u00e9s parfois divergentes, des talents compl\u00e9mentaires, pour produire une intelligence collective sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 la somme des parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est le passage du&nbsp;chef&nbsp;au&nbsp;chef d\u2019orchestre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e0 o\u00f9 le chef impose, le chef d\u2019orchestre r\u00e9v\u00e8le. L\u00e0 o\u00f9 le chef contr\u00f4le, le chef d\u2019orchestre synchronise. L\u00e0 o\u00f9 le chef rassure par des certitudes, le chef d\u2019orchestre inspire par une vision et par une \u00e9coute profonde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"toc3\"><strong>Transformer la contrainte en levier<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La complexit\u00e9 n\u2019est pas l\u2019ennemie. Elle est une donn\u00e9e irr\u00e9ductible du monde actuel. La question n\u2019est donc pas&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;Comment la r\u00e9duire&nbsp;?&nbsp;\u00bb mais&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;Comment en faire un levier&nbsp;?&nbsp;\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les entreprises qui r\u00e9ussiront ne seront pas celles qui auront tent\u00e9 de simplifier \u00e0 outrance ou d\u2019\u00e9liminer toute incertitude, mais celles qui auront appris \u00e0&nbsp;danser avec elle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela demande d\u2019accepter la vuln\u00e9rabilit\u00e9, de s\u2019autoriser \u00e0 ne pas tout contr\u00f4ler, et de replacer l\u2019humain au c\u0153ur de la strat\u00e9gie.&nbsp;Car c\u2019est l\u00e0 que se trouve le v\u00e9ritable moteur&nbsp;: dans les dynamiques \u00e9motionnelles, cognitives et comportementales des \u00e9quipes dirigeantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Passer d\u2019un vision \u00ab&nbsp;ressources humaines&nbsp;\u00bb o\u00f9 l\u2019ensemble des collaborateurs est interpr\u00e9t\u00e9 comme un r\u00e9servoir de ressources \u00e0 \u00e9puiser (en d\u00e9pensant le moins possible), \u00e0 une vision \u00ab&nbsp;capital humain&nbsp;\u00bb o\u00f9 l\u2019organisation investit sur le capital repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 par les savoir-faire et les savoir-\u00eatre des collaborateurs&nbsp;et s\u2019engage \u00e0 les faire grandir dans une dynamique d\u2019excellence bas\u00e9e sur l\u2019apprentissage continu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"toc4\"><strong>Une nouvelle responsabilit\u00e9 pour les leaders<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un monde hyper-VUCA, la responsabilit\u00e9 des dirigeants ne se limite plus \u00e0 d\u00e9livrer des r\u00e9sultats financiers.&nbsp;Elle est de cr\u00e9er les conditions d\u2019un&nbsp;leadership collectif, syst\u00e9mique et profond\u00e9ment humain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un leadership qui ne se contente pas d\u2019adapter l\u2019organisation \u00e0 l\u2019incertitude, mais qui la rend capable de&nbsp;s\u2019\u00e9panouir dans l\u2019incertitude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ce changement de paradigme n\u2019est pas une option&nbsp;: il est la condition m\u00eame de la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 des organisations.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En conclusion, nous assistons \u00e0 la fin d\u2019un cycle&nbsp;: celui du leadership vertical, du contr\u00f4le centralis\u00e9, du dirigeant omniscient.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le futur appartient aux leaders qui sauront lib\u00e9rer plut\u00f4t que contraindre, orchestrer plut\u00f4t que contr\u00f4ler, transformer la complexit\u00e9 en opportunit\u00e9 plut\u00f4t qu\u2019en menace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce n\u2019est pas seulement un enjeu de performance.
